Return and Refund Policy

At Elegant Way, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Return Period You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Product Condition Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are covered by Elegant Way.

Refund Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed as store credit within 14 days. The credited amount corresponds to the price paid for the product, excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

How to Start a Return or Cancellation You can submit a return or cancellation request directly through your account under [Orders](link to orders page). For unfulfilled orders, cancellations can be requested before the order is fulfilled.

Exceptions We do not accept returns on personalised items, digital products, or personal hygiene products for health and safety reasons.
